Eric Poticha is a film and television producer with over 18 years of experience, both as a creator of content and as a studio executive for major entertainment companies. As the Senior Vice President of the Jim Henson Company, he led the expansion of a top family entertainment brand into adult primetime television. He previously served as Vice President of Movies and Miniseries at Fox Television Studios, where he helped build its movie-of-the-week division into one of the most active long-form television suppliers. Eric has sold and produced programs for ABC, TNT, USA, Showtime and Discovery Channel among others. He has since applied his skills to corporate clients, creating branded content and securing distribution in major channels. Most recently, he facilitated the integration between Dannon and Whole Foods, promoting the health benefits of their probiotic products. The company's "Day in the Life" service is among their most highly demanded, chronicling beautifully produced documentary footage for a range of subjects, from legal disputes to brand reinforcement case studies. He specializes in documentary formats, bringing his professional television and film experience to every shoot. As an industry leader, Eric was elected by his peers to serve as a Governor on the board of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences for four years and was the Co-Chair of The Primetime Emmys broadcast in 2011. Born and raised in Chicago, he received his Bachelor of Arts from the Johns Hopkins University.

Sam Paakkonen is a Chicago based filmmaker who focuses as a producer and editor. Originally from Stillwater, Minnesota, Sam began filmmaking through stop-motion animation and eventually to live action. From competing in 48 Hour Film Projects to working with clients like The Wit Hotel, Tesla and the Tribeca Film Festival, Sam continues to share and learn from others in the film industry. Sam is currently exploring 360 video and virtual reality technologies.
Andrew is an experienced Business owner/director and active investor with an outstanding track record of delivering shareholder value through multiple strategies including startups, turnarounds/restructures and acquisition/integration growth strategies. For 18 years Andrew has has played an integral role in engineering some of the eDiscovery/legal data management industry's highest profile growth scenarios significantly outperforming the market and generating exponential returns for shareholders.
A student-athlete from Johns Hopkins University, Sophia Way first joined ReThink Films to head the company’s marketing and branding campaigns. Majoring in Neuroscience and double minoring in Financial Economics and Entrepreneurship & Management, she leverages traditional business tactics with her background in human behavioral studies. She hopes to break into business management consulting upon her graduation in 2019. She was born and raised in Chicago.
